Terms & Conditions
Iliria Drive is operated by ILIRIA DRIVE shpk., headquartered at Kajo Karafili street, Bimbashi building, ground floor, 1001 Tirana, Albania .By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Offered
Iliria Drive provides premium transportation services, including:Airport Transfers: Punctual pickups and drop-offs to and from airports. Hourly Dispositions: Chauffeur services available by the hour for business or leisure.Long-Distance Transfers: Travel to destinations outside Tirana, including but not limited.
2. Booking & Scheduling
Advance Booking: Reservations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the desired pickup time.Service Hours: Services are available 24/7.Night Surcharge: An additional fee applies for services between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a fee equivalent to the full fare.No-Show: If the client is not present at the pickup location and cannot be contacted within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the ride will be considered a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.
4. Payment & Invoicing
Payment Methods: We accept online payments and cash.Cash Payments: A 20% deposit is required to confirm reservations paid in cash.Invoicing: Tax-compliant invoices (facturas) are available upon request.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
Contact Information: Clients must provide accurate contact details. Montelimo is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or unreachable contact information.Luggage: Clients are responsible for ensuring their luggage complies with the vehicle's capacity. Excess luggage must be communicated in advance.Behavior: Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal substances are prohibited in all vehicles.
6. Lost & Found
Immediate Notification: Clients should report lost items as soon as possible.Return Policy:If the driver is nearby, items will be returned free of charge.If a special trip is required, a fee will apply based on distance and time.
7. Liability & Insurance
Insurance: All vehicles and subcontracted drivers are fully insured, including passenger coverage.Subcontracted Drivers: Iliria Drive works with carefully selected subcontracted drivers who meet our high standards of professionalism and reliability.Force Majeure: Iliria Drive is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
